Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Lucknow. You will find new sales leads, build strong client relationships, and run marketing campaigns. Your goal is to grow our brand presence and increase sales revenue in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and market research in Lucknow and nearby regions.
• Client Relations: Meet clients, understand their needs, and present our products or services effectively.
• Marketing Campaigns: Help plan and execute local marketing activities, promotional events, and digital campaigns.
• Market Research: Study local competitor trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales calls, leads, and market feedback.

Requirements and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Lucknow market, local business culture, and regional consumer behavior.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi and English. Knowing Awadhi/Urdu is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within Lucknow for client meetings.
