Job Description

Position: Sales & Marketing Consultant

Location: Lucknow

HTM Solar is looking for a Sales & Marketing Consultant to support lead generation, market research and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on solar leads.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Identify new customers and business opportunities.
  • Handle customer communication and meetings.
  • Develop local sales & marketing strategies.
  • Maintain lead and follow-up reports.

Requirements:

  • Good communication & sales skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Field work and customer interaction comfortable.
  • Solar industry experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Compensation: Fixed + Performance Incentives
