Job Description
प्रमुख कर्तव्य और जिम्मेदारियां (Core Duties and Responsibilities)
- निगरानी और गश्त (Patrolling and Monitoring): नियमित रूप से पूरे परिसर का चक्कर लगाना और यह सुनिश्चित करना कि सभी दरवाजे, खिड़कियां और बाड़ सुरक्षित हैं।
- प्रवेश नियंत्रण (Access Control): आगंतुकों (Visitors) के प्रवेश और निकास का रिकॉर्ड रखना, पहचान पत्र (ID) की जांच करना और अनधिकृत व्यक्तियों को अंदर जाने से रोकना।
- आपातकालीन प्रतिक्रिया (Emergency Response): आग लगने, चिकित्सा आपातकाल या चोरी जैसी किसी भी अप्रिय घटना के समय तुरंत कार्रवाई करना और पुलिस या एम्बुलेंस को सूचित करना।
- घटना रिपोर्टिंग (Incident Reporting): ड्यूटी के दौरान होने वाली हर छोटी-बड़ी घटना का रिकॉर्ड रखना और अपने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को विस्तृत रिपोर्ट सौंपना।
Key Responsibilities
- Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols to identify risks, prevent theft, and secure entry points.
- Access Control: Manage building entry by verifying employee IDs, issuing visitor badges, and operating security screening equipment.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and medical emergencies, while coordinating with local authorities if necessary.
- Reporting: Document daily activities and write detailed incident reports for management
