Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Service and Spare Parts Coordinator to manage service operations, spare parts inventory, customer coordination, and daily back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service requests, customer complaints, and technician visits.
• Handle spare parts inquiries, orders.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and stock records.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service updates and spare parts availability.
• Follow up with customers for feedback, pending payments, and collections.
• Prepare sales and service reports and maintain daily records.
• Handle tele-calling and customer follow-ups through phone and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of service jobs card, and spare parts transactions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word.
• Experience in customer handling, billing, inventory management, or Field operations will be preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Qualification: Graduate and Diploma .
