Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil WorkLocation: Lucknow

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

• Job Responsibilities:Supervise daily civil construction work at the site.
• Manage masons, labourers, and contractors.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor brickwork, plaster, RCC, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other civil work.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Take measurements and maintain daily site progress reports.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of civil construction and site work.
• Ability to understand basic drawings and measurements.
• Good labour and contractor management skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Basic mobile/WhatsApp reporting skills.

Qualification:ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred. Candidates with relevant site experience may also apply.
