Solar Installation Calling Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Call potential customers for Solar Rooftop Installation.
• Generate qualified customer leads through calling.
• Explain solar installation, subsidy, pricing and basic project details.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate for site visits.
• Maintain daily calling and customer follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the sales and installation team.
• Convert leads into confirmed solar installation customers.

Monthly Target

Minimum Target: 5 Customer Files per Month

The candidate will be required to achieve the assigned monthly customer-file target. Performance will be reviewed regularly based on calling activity, qualified leads, follow-ups and successful customer conversions.

Incentive Structure

₹3,000 Incentive per Customer File

• ₹3,000 will be paid for each customer file successfully converted and installed.
• The incentive will be payable only after successful installation of the solar system.
• No incentive will be payable for cancelled, incomplete or unsuccessful customer files.
• Incentive will be processed as per the company's payment cycle after verification of the completed installation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling/sales.
• Solar industry experience preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is required.
• Basic knowledge of rooftop solar installation will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible and disciplined towards attendance and assigned targets.
