🎯 About the Role

ACL Education is looking for an energetic, confident, and passionate English Language Trainer / Group Discussion Motivator to join our team.

The role involves conducting Group Discussions, debates, speaking activities, presentations, and interactive classroom sessions to help students improve their English fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, public speaking, communication skills, and confidence.

We are looking for someone who is confident, engaging, patient, motivating, and comfortable interacting with students in a classroom environment. 🤝

📋 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Conduct engaging Group Discussions (GDs) on relevant and interesting topics.

🔹 Train students in spoken English, public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.

🔹 Help students improve their fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and confidence.

🔹 Conduct debates, role plays, speaking exercises, presentations, and other interactive activities.

🔹 Encourage students to participate actively and express their ideas confidently.

🔹 Prepare engaging and practical classroom activities to make learning interactive and effective.

🔹 Identify students' communication challenges and provide constructive feedback and guidance.

🔹 Monitor students' progress and help them work on their individual areas of improvement.

🔹 Create a positive, energetic, and supportive classroom environment.

🔹 Motivate students to overcome hesitation, fear of speaking, and lack of confidence. 🎤

🔹 Coordinate with the Manager and team to ensure smooth classroom operations and student development.

👤 Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

✅ Has strong spoken English and communication skills

✅ Is confident and comfortable speaking in front of groups

✅ Can make classroom sessions interactive, engaging, and practical

✅ Is patient and supportive while working with students of different skill levels

✅ Has a passion for teaching, communication, and personality development

✅ Can encourage students to participate and speak confidently

🌱 Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply!

💡 Experience in English training, teaching, public speaking, soft-skills training, group discussions, or personality development will be an added advantage.

⏰ Working Days & Shift Timings

📅 Working Days: 6 days a week

💼 Full-Time

🌅 Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🌇 Evening Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

📚 Part-Time

☀️ Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

🌆 Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

📌 Note: The GD Motivator position is available on a full-time basis only. Part-time opportunities are available separately for English Language Trainers.

💰 Salary

💵 ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
