Job Description
Role Title: Showroom Executive / Store Assistant (Sales & Basic Accounts)
Opening & Closing: Manage daily showroom operations, including opening on time, securing the premises, and handling key management and security.
Showroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized display of catering supplies (chafing dishes, melamine crockery, kitchenware) and monitor inventory for restocking.
Customer & Sales Support: Assist B2B buyers (caterers, restaurant owners, hotel managers) by explaining product specs, quality grades, and pricing.
Basic Bookkeeping & Billing: Generate GST invoices using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Vyapar, Excel) and process cash, POS, and UPI payments.
Financial Reconciliation: Handle daily petty cash expenses and reconcile daily sales and collections at the end of each day.
