Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team with reporting, reconciliations, and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

equired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
