TEAM LEADER – GPay FIELD SALES Position Job Location TL Salary Freelancer SP Team Leader – GPay Pan India Up to 40,000 CTC – Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Team Incentive-Based | Weekly Payout Employment Type Hiring Status Mandatory Eligibility Field Sales / Team Management Immediate Hiring | Multiple Locations • Candidate must currently handle an existing field sales team of minimum 4–5 members. • Candidates with only individual sales experience will not be eligible for the Team Leader position. • Proven experience in team handling, target management and field sales is mandatory. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 4–5 members team-handling experience in field sales. • Field sales / merchant acquisition experience. • QR & Sound Box sales/onboarding experience preferred. • Experience in achieving and managing team targets. • Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills. • Ability to manage, motivate and monitor a field sales team. Preferred Previous Companies • PhonePe • Paytm • BharatPe Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise a field sales team of 4–5+ members. • Drive daily and weekly team targets and productivity. • Drive QR & Sound Box onboarding and merchant acquisition. • Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance. • Conduct market visits and ensure effective team coordination. • Support merchant acquisition, business growth and target achievement. Compensation Structure • Team Leader (TL): Salary will remain fixed as per the offered CTC, with applicable performance incentives. • Freelancer SP: Compensation will be completely team-incentive based, with payouts processed on a weekly basis. • Freelancer SP earnings will be linked to team performance and eligible onboarding/target achievements.What We’re Looking For • A hands-on Team Leader who can lead a field sales team, manage targets, build merchant relationships and drive consistent on-ground performance.
