Tele Counsellor

Key Responsibilties:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/enquiries.
• Understand students’ career goals, interests, qualifications, and requirements.
• Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, duration, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Counsel and convert leads into walk-ins, counselling sessions, and admissions.
• Follow up regularly with interested, pending, and non-responsive leads.
• Maintain and update lead details, call status, follow-up dates, and remarks in the CRM/lead management system.
• Explain the benefits and career scope of VFX, Animation, 3D, Gaming, Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX, and related courses.
• Address students’ and parents’ queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the Counsellor/Branch Manager for walk-ins, counselling appointments, and admission closures.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up on Google, website, social media, toll-free, and other generated leads.
• Maintain a professional and positive communication style while interacting with students and parents.
• Prepare and share daily call and lead follow-up reports with the reporting manager.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of student information.
