Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of [Telecaliing And Team Leader] at our Hazratganj,Hussenganj Lucknow office.

The candidate will be responsible for:


Making outbound/inbound calls to customers.


Explaining products/services and resolving queries.


Generating leads and achieving sales targets.


Maintaining records of customer interactions.


Coordinating with the team for smooth operations.



Requirements:


Good communication skills in Hindi (English optional).


Basic computer knowledge.


Prior experience in telecalling/sales will be an advantage.
