Telecalling Executive

A Credit Card and Personal Loan Telesales executive contacts potential or existing customers to sell financial products, explain benefits, and process applications. In India, performance-based incentives, commonly requiring a minimum of 6 months' prior banking or financial sales experience

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted leads (from banks, NBFCs, or data lists) to promote credit cards and personal loans.
• Needs Assessment: Evaluate the customer’s financial situation to suggest the right loan amount, card type, or repayment tenure.
• Product Pitching: Clearly explain interest rates, credit limits, processing fees, and documentation requirements.
• Lead Tracking & Follow-up: Maintain a CRM or database of customer interactions and diligently follow up to close deals.
• Compliance: Ensure all regulatory guidelines, data privacy rules, and bank verification processes are strictly followed during the call

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Experience: Typically 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, outbound banking, or financial services.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC) or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, with local language fluency (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, English) being highly valued for localized targeting.
• Soft Skills: Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
