Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Job:

JKS Group is looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Tele Sales Executive.

The candidate will be responsible for calling students, parents and prospective customers, explaining our education and career-related services, generating interest, regular follow-ups and converting genuine leads into counselling appointments and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students, parents and prospective clients.

• Explain JKS Group's education, admission and career counselling services.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

• Follow up with interested leads regularly.

• Generate counselling appointments and admission opportunities.

• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.

• Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

• Submit daily calling and sales reports.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication is preferred.

• Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.

• Telecalling, Telesales or Education Sales experience will be an added advantage.
