Job Description

  • Duties of a Telesales Executive at Digidonar (Short)Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain company products and services clearly.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain call records and update reports regularly.
  • Be punctual and follow company attendance rules.
  • Coordinate with the team and attend meetings/training.
  • Maintain professionalism and handle customer data responsibly.
