Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives for our admissions team.

The candidate will communicate with prospective students, explain educational programmes, answer enquiries, follow up with interested applicants and help convert enquiries into admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact students who enquire through our website and advertisements.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility and admission procedures.
• Counsel students about Diploma, PG Diploma, Executive MBA and other programmes.
• Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain student enquiry records and lead updates.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Build professional relationships with prospective students.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate English understanding is essential; fluency is not mandatory.
• Good spoken Hindi and workable English.
• Confidence in handling telephone conversations.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Good listening, convincing and follow-up skills.
• Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service or counselling experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
