Job Description

Tender Executive – Government TendersWe are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government Tenders for Housekeeping, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, analyze, and submit Government tenders on GeM, CPPP, Railways, AAI, HAL, BHEL, etc.
  • Prepare Technical & Financial Bids, BOQ, ATC, affidavits, undertakings, and other documents.
  • Calculate pricing including Minimum Wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus, GST & Service Charges.
  • Ensure complete and timely bid submission and maintain tender records.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of relevant Government Tender experience.
  • Mandatory GeM hands-on experience.
  • Experience in Housekeeping / Facility Management / Manpower Outsourcing tenders.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PDF editing & tender documentation.
  • Ability to independently handle tender submissions.
