Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Convert handwritten notes, scanned documents, and PDFs into editable Word files.
- Type and format study materials, notes, question papers, mock tests, and academic documents.
- Ensure accuracy in spelling, punctuation, formatting, and document layout.
- Prepare question banks, answer keys, worksheets, and examination materials.
- Assist faculty and the academic team in preparing study content.
- Organize and maintain digital documents and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Required SkillsGood typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF tools.
- Good English typing skills; Hindi typing is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and document-formatting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates will also be considered.
- Candidates with prior experience in data entry, educational institutes, or academic content preparation will have an advantage.
