Billing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Executive to handle day-to-day billing and related documentation activities at our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate sales invoices/bills accurately and on time.
• Handle GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills.
• Maintain billing records and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch and Production teams for billing-related requirements.
• Verify order details, quantities, rates, discounts and taxes before billing.
• Handle credit/debit notes and billing corrections when required.
• Maintain proper records of invoices and dispatch documents.
• Assist the Accounts team with basic accounting and reconciliation work.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of daily billing activities.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in Billing / Invoicing / Accounts.
• Good knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.
• Experience with Tally is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good numerical and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be accurate, responsible and comfortable working with daily billing targets.

Education & Eligibility:

• Regular Graduate / B.Com preferred
• Distance education candidates are not eligible
• Minimum 60% marks required in 10th, 12th and Graduation
• Candidates must have a regular/full-time degree from a recognized institution.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
