CRM Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support/CRM Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions over phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.

• EligibilityRegular Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, CRM, Customer Care, or Telecalling
• Age: 24–32 years
• Knowledge of Tally will be preferred
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Communicate confidently with customers without hesitation.
• Provide quick, accurate, and effective responses and solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through courteous and professional communication.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily reports.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Confident while speaking with customers and able to think on their feet.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on providing quick and effective solutions.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.

Location: Rajguru Nagar

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
