Factory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and lead the production team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent planning abilities, and experience in managing factory operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
• Supervise production staff and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Manage manpower, production planning, and shift operations.
• Reduce production losses and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in factory or production management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
