We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Job portals par job posting karna
- CV screening & candidate shortlisting
- Telephonic/virtual interviews conduct karna
- Interview scheduling & coordination
- Hiring managers ke saath coordination
- Offer rollout & follow-ups
- Candidate database maintain karna
- Joining & onboarding support
- Hiring targets complete karna
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Recruitment process ki basic knowledge
- Interviewing & coordination skills
- MS Excel / job portals ka basic knowledge
