Senior Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete merchandising process from order booking to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with buyers/clients regarding orders, requirements, approvals, and production updates.
• Manage sampling, costing, T&A, order planning, and production follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Design teams for timely order execution.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, samples, and approvals to ensure timely production.
• Maintain accurate order-related data, reports, and updates in FMS/Google Sheets.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery as per committed timelines.
• Handle buyer queries, resolve order-related issues, and maintain strong client coordination.
• Ensure all merchandising activities are properly documented and updated.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in garment/knitwear manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of sampling, costing, T&A, production coordination, and order execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and basic computer operations.
• Ability to independently handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.
• Experience in handling buyers/retail chains/wholesale clients will be preferred.
