We are hiring an Assistant Plant Coordinator to support the Plant Head in managing and coordinating daily plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Plant Head in daily plant operations and production monitoring.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor production targets, stock and material availability.
- Follow up on breakdowns, maintenance and pending plant activities.
- Coordinate dispatch and maintain operational records.
- Prepare daily MIS and plant reports.
- Ensure SOP, safety, PPE and 3S compliance.
- Support audits, KPI reviews and improvement activities.
Eligibility:
- B.Tech / B.Sc. / B.Pharma preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in plant/production/manufacturing operations.
- Chemical, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Good MS Excel, MIS and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
