🚨 *URGENT HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER* 🚨
💼 *Process:* Google Ads – Goldie Process
📍 *Locations:* Lucknow | Jaipur | Kanpur | Delhi-NCR | Varanasi | kolkata
*💰 Salary & Benefits:*
• CTC: ₹35,000/month
• TA: ₹3,000/month
• Total Fixed CTC Earnings: ₹38,000/month
• Annual Fixed Earnings: ₹4.56 LPA
*📌 About the Role:*
Business Development Managers will visit assigned *SMEs & merchants* and onboard them onto *Google Ads*. The starting advertising budget for each merchant is ₹5,000. The objective is to help businesses increase their visibility on Google Maps and generate new customers through paid advertising.
*🎯 Key Responsibilities:*
• Visit assigned leads and meet business owners/merchants.
• Pitch and onboard clients for Google Ads.
• Explain the benefits of digital advertising and online visibility.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding, documentation & ad activation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure retention.
• Achieve monthly sales/onboarding targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign activation.
*👤 Candidate Profile:*
✅ Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales / Business Development
✅ Strong communication & presentation skills
✅ Comfortable with field sales & client meetings
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Ability to explain digital marketing solutions to clients
