Job Description
Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Industry: Import–Export / Coal & Steel
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified CA with strong knowledge of Import–Export finance, banking operations, and Letters of Credit (LC). The candidate should have experience in managing import/export documentation, LC transactions, bank limits, payments, foreign exchange, and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Import–Export banking transactions and LC operations.
- Manage Import LC, Export LC, LC amendments, negotiation and settlements.
- Coordinate with banks regarding LC, BG, bank limits and working capital.
- Handle import/export documentation including invoices, shipping documents and bank submissions.
- Monitor foreign currency transactions, payments and forex-related matters.
- Manage accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, audits and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, LC accounts and vendor/customer balances.
