Job Description
ਪੋਸਟ: ਕਰੂ ਮੈਂਬਰਮੁੱਖ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ:
- ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ।
- ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਰਡਰ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਲਿੰਗ/ਪੇਮੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਾ।
- Burger King ਦੇ SOP ਅਤੇ Quality Standards ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਖਾਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਅ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨਾ।
- ਰੈਸਟੋਰੈਂਟ, ਕਿਚਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਕ ਏਰੀਆ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਈਜੀਨ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣਾ।
- Food Safety ਅਤੇ Hygiene ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ।
- ਕਿਚਨ, ਕਾਊਂਟਰ, ਡਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਏਰੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਰੈਸਟੋਰੈਂਟ ਓਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣਾ।
- ਖਾਣ-ਪੀਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਕਰਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈਂਡਲ ਕਰਨਾ।
- ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚੱਜੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨਾ।
- ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਡਿਊਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਆਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੀਆਂ Attendance ਅਤੇ Shift Policies ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ।
- Restaurant Manager/Shift Manager ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ।
ਯੋਗਤਾ: 10ਵੀਂ / 12ਵੀਂ / ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ
ਤਜਰਬਾ: Fresher ਵੀ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ
ਉਮਰ: 18–30 ਸਾਲ
