CRM Executive (Customer Relationship Management)

Locations: Doraha | Modeltown | Bhadur ke Road | Focal Point | Shanewal

Experience: 1–6 Years (Freshers with strong communication & basic skills can also apply)

Salary: ₹18k – ₹30k per month (Based on location and experience)

Education: Graduate (Any Stream / B.Com preferred)

About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our customer experience team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing the CRM database, resolving queries, and coordinating with inner business teams (such as sales and accounts) to ensure seamless post-sales support, data entry, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:

o   Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

o   Understand and resolve client queries, complaints, and issues with empathy and professionalism.

o   Coordinate customer visits, post-sales onboarding, and follow-ups.

2.     Data & CRM Platform Management:

o   Customize, update, and maintain customer database entries in CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce India, or similar platforms.

o   Ensure accuracy of ledgers, transactions, and client interactions to avoid duplicate/incorrect entries.

o   Perform basic data entry, KYC assistance, and document verification (such as bank details, sales records, and orders).

3.     Coordination & Operations:

o   Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams (like sales, accounting, and dispatch) to ensure on-time delivery and billing.

o   Assist with invoice tracking, customer receipts, and payment follow-ups before deadlines.

o   Help manage handovers, agreements, and registration procedures (where applicable).

4.     Tracking & Reporting:

o   Maintain daily activity logs, customer data dashboards, and basic Excel/MIS reports.

o   Support the marketing and sales teams in executing lifecycle or feedback campaigns via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Required Skills & Qualifications·       

 Education: Graduate (B.Com or any Graduate stream with a commerce/business mindset is preferred).

·        Skills:

o   Proficiency with CRM tools

o   Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic formulas) and MS Office.

o   Strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages.

·        Interpersonal Qualities:

o   Active listening, conflict resolution, and patient client handling.

o   Multi-tasking, organizational skills, and strict attention to data detail.
