1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMake regular feedback calls to existing customers.
2. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, samples, orders, and deliveries.
3. Collect customer feedback regarding product quality, service, and delivery.
4. Maintain proper records of customer conversations and feedback.
5. Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
6. Follow up on pending customer requirements and ensure timely responses.
7. Maintain and update customer data in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM software.
8. Identify customer concerns and report important issues to the management.
9. Maintain regular communication with customers to build long-term relationships.
10. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other departments whenever required.
11. Prepare basic daily/weekly reports related to customer calls, feedback, and follow-ups.

• REQUIREMENTSMinimum 1 years of CRM/customer handling experience.
• Experience in garment manufacturing, textile, uniform, or related manufacturing industry preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable making customer feedback and follow-up calls.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Should be polite, professional, and responsible.

IMPORTANTThis is a non-target-based CRM role.

The position is focused on customer feedback, relationship management, follow-ups, coordination, and customer satisfaction, not sales targets.
