Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential and existing customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Explain company services, processes, and onboarding requirements clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collect and verify required customer information and documents.
• Follow up with customers to complete the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update details regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and onboarding issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain daily call, follow-up, and onboarding reports.
• Achieve assigned onboarding and customer conversion targets.
• Ensure proper communication and timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, telesales, telecalling, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and strong customer-handling skills.
• Candidates who are comfortable with voice/blended communication are preferred.
