Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update company data accurately in MS Excel,Tally software.
- Maintain daily records of production, sales, purchase, stock and other office data.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports, registers and MIS reports.
- Verify data and correct errors or missing information.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
- Perform regular data checking and ensure records are up to date.
- Handle basic computer and office-related work as required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MIS/report preparation.
- Knowledge of Tally will be an advantage.
- Basic AI tools/AI knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company data.
