Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.
· Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
· Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
· Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
· Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months of experience in desktop support or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
· Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
