Job Description
Job Opening: Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive
Location: Ludhiana | Work from Office | Full-time
We are looking for a skilled and proactive female candidate to manage digital marketing and e-commerce operations for our skincare brand, The Skin Minister.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Meta Ads, create campaigns and optimise performance.
- Plan and coordinate influencer marketing and UGC collaborations.
- Monitor sales and create offers, discounts and promotional campaigns for our website and Instagram.
- Manage Shopify website operations and conversion improvements.
- Handle product listings, promotions and sales monitoring on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Track campaign performance, advertising spend, sales and ROAS.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest growth strategies.
Requirements: Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, influencer marketing and e-commerce platforms. Experience with skincare, beauty or D2C brands will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience.
