Core Execution

• Campaign Scaling: Launch and aggressively manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Trend Exploitation: Leverage current algorithmic priorities (e.g., short-form video, Reels) to drive high-converting organic reach.
• Daily Optimization: Monitor analytics relentlessly. Kill underperforming ads quickly and scale winning creatives to maintain high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• A/B Testing: Continuously test visual hooks, ad copy, and audience targeting to drive down customer acquisition costs.

The Requirements

• 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience managing and scaling paid social budgets.
• Deep technical mastery of Meta Ads Manager, tracking pixels, and conversion APIs.
• A track record of generating direct business revenue, not just vanity metrics (likes/followers).
• Ability to execute rapidly and pivot strategies the moment platform algorithms change.
