Job Description

Job Description:-

  • Visit customers at their residential and business addresses for loan EMI collection.
  • Collect overdue/pending payments from customers as per assigned cases.
  • Follow up with customers regarding EMI, overdue and settlement payments.
  • Generate and follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) cases.
  • Handle Home Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan and other loan accounts.
  • Maintain daily visit and collection reports.
  • Update customer status and payment details accurately.
  • Coordinate with the office/telecalling team regarding customer cases.
  • Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
  • Maintain professional behaviour while dealing with customers.


Candidate Requirements:-

  • DRA & Non-DRA candidates both can apply.
  • Experience in loan recovery/collection/field collection will be preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Candidate should be comfortable travelling for customer visits.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
