FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – MOBILE ACCESSORIES DISTRIBUTION
📍 Location: Ludhiana – Local Market

JOB ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to handle retailer sales and market distribution in Ludhiana.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Visit 15+ retailers per day according to the assigned beat plan
- Generate orders and increase secondary sales
- Introduce and promote mobile accessories/products
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers
- Collect pending payments and follow up on outstanding amounts
- Handle cash/UPI/cheque collections and ensure timely deposit
- Coordinate with billing, stock and delivery teams
- Follow up on replacements and customer issues
- Reactivate inactive/passive retailers
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Submit daily market/reporting updates
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous field sales experience preferred
- Experience in mobile accessories, telecom, FMCG, electronics or distribution will be an advantage
- Must have a personal two-wheeler
- Valid driving licence
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable visiting retailers throughout Ludhiana
- Target-oriented, punctual and disciplined
- Basic smartphone/app handling
SALARY & INCENTIVES
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000/month
🎯 Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000+/month
⛽ Fuel/Travel Allowance
💵 Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹27,000–₹45,000+ depending on performance
WORKING CONDITIONS

- 26 working days/month
- Daily retailer visits required
