Salary: ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & suitability)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to lead sales and dealer development activities for the Punjab territory for BKT Industrial, Construction & Mining Tyres.

The candidate will be responsible for developing the dealer network, increasing sales, building relationships with customers and generating new business across Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and achieve sales targets for the Punjab territory.

- Manage and develop B2B and B2C dealers and customers.

- Regularly visit dealers, end-users, fleet owners, industries, infrastructure companies, contractors and other potential customers.

- Minimum 10 days of field touring every month is mandatory.

- Identify and develop new dealers and business opportunities.

- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and ensure regular business/orders.

- Conduct customer visits and product presentations.

- Generate leads and convert new customers.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market developments.

- Coordinate with dealers and the company for quotations, orders, delivery and customer requirements.

- Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts where required.

- Organise customer/dealer meets and promotional activities.

- Prepare regular sales, market and competitor reports.

Candidate Profile

- Age: Minimum 35 years

- Minimum 7 years of sales experience

- Experience in automobile / automotive / tyres / commercial vehicles / construction equipment / auto components / related industries preferred.

- Strong dealer and customer-handling skills.

- Must be comfortable with extensive field sales and travelling throughout Punjab.

- Willingness to spend at least 10 days every month on tour meeting dealers and customers.

- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Should be target-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently.

- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively is essential.

Compensation

₹35,000 per month

Salary may be discussed based on relevant experience and suitability.

Punjab Territory
