A resourceful professional with expertise in hardware and networking, responsible for maintaining the hotel’s digital infrastructure, including computers, Wi-Fi networks, printers, CCTV, biometric systems, and POS setups. Ensures uninterrupted connectivity and prompt resolution of IT issues to support daily hotel operations.

In addition to technical responsibilities, this individual efficiently manages front office or back office roles as needed—handling guest check-ins, managing bookings, preparing reports, and supporting administrative duties with precision and professionalism.
