Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Recruitment & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and daily HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidates join on time. Responsibilities also include employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, maintaining employee databases, HR reports and day-to-day administration. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment, MS Excel/Google Sheets, strong follow-up skills and the ability to independently manage recruitment with minimal supervision. Immediate joiners preferred.
