Qualification       :              B tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Location   :           Ludhiana                    

Experience         :              2 to 5 Years

Skills                   :              

o   Packages                     : -        Solid-Works , AutoCAD

o   Domain Area                : -        Product Design, Mould Design, Die design, Press Tool Design.

Job profile      :

·   Expertise in CAD, CAM software having good drawing reading ability, good knowledge about Die Casted, Plastic Product Design, GD&T & Surface Roughness, worked in many CAD projects for developing the product as well as mould and Tool design.

.  Reverse Engg. to Develop Component from Point Cloud Data & IGES conversion to Unigraphics Solid Part files from any other Software, documentation in Unigraphics.

• To work in a team along with other designers to generate Product Design
• To create the drawings themselves the design engineers may use software like Solidworks & AutoCAD.
• To follow the product and make requested changes and corrections as per customer need & requirement.
• To Create and review the Model of the product which is called prototyping.
• To participate in preproduction level along with manufacturing Engineer and quality engineer.
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
• Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
• Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
