Job Summary:-

We are looking for a responsible and alert Quality Analyst/Assurance Executive to monitor night-time security duties and ensure guards are performing their responsibilities properly.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct planned and surprise night inspections to assess operational standards and duty compliance.
• Monitor security personnel and verify attendance, alertness, discipline, and adherence to assigned responsibilities.
• Identify operational gaps, including absence, sleeping on duty, negligence, or non-compliance, and promptly escalate significant observations to management.
• Maintain structured records of inspections, findings, incidents, and corrective requirements.
• Prepare concise inspection and performance reports highlighting key observations and areas requiring management attention.
• Follow up on reported concerns and communicate relevant updates to management.
• Support management in maintaining consistent service standards, accountability, and operational discipline across night operations.

Candidate Profile:-

• Graduate preferred; freshers with good observation and communication skills may also apply.
• Comfortable working during night hours and visiting assigned locations.
• Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Basic/Good computer knowledge.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
