Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise quality checking activities in the production unit.
• Inspect fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing processes.
• Ensure garments are manufactured according to required quality standards and specifications.
• Identify defects, quality issues, and production errors and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular quality inspections at different stages of production.
• Coordinate with Production, Cutting, Stitching, and Finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality inspection reports and records.
• Ensure proper measurement, stitching, finishing, and appearance of garments.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and wastage through effective quality control.
• Train workers and supervisors regarding quality standards and common defects.
• Ensure final products meet customer requirements before dispatch.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of garment manufacturing and quality control.
• Knowledge of garment defects and inspection procedures.
• Good understanding of measurements, stitching, finishing, and garment specifications.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Ability to identify and solve production quality issues.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
• Qualification12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in Textile or Garment Manufacturing preferred.
• Key RequirementsCandidates should have relevant experience in garment/textile manufacturing quality control.
• Must be able to handle the quality team and coordinate with production departments.
• Should be responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month
