Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer friendly Sales Executive to join our jewellery store . The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers , understanding their requirements , showcasing jewellery products and achieving sales targets .


Key Responsibilities


  1. Greet and assist customers in the showroom
  2. Understand Customers jewellery requirements and budget
  3. Explain product features , designs , pricing , making Charges and offers
  4. Showcase gold , diamond and other jewellery products professionally
  5. Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
  6. Follow up with customer regarding enquiries and potential purchase
  7. Maintain customer relationship and encourage repeat business



Requirements


  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Basic knowledge of jewellery products is preferred
  3. Presentable and customer friendly personality
