Senior Mis Executive

MIS & Reporting: Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports within defined timelines.

Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in sales, purchase, inventory, marketplace and financial data.

Business Analysis: Analyse data and provide insights on sales, margins, profitability, returns, deductions and performance.

Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile marketplace settlements, sales, returns, TDS/TCS, rebates and other financial data.

Dashboard & Automation: Develop and improve Excel/BI dashboards and automate repetitive reporting processes.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs of marketplaces, departments and operations against targets and identify gaps.

Cost & Margin Analysis: Track product-wise/channel-wise costs, deductions, margins and profitability.

Management Reporting: Provide timely and meaningful reports to management for decision-making.

Data Coordination: Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Warehouse and Marketplace teams for data collection and validation.

Process Improvement: Identify reporting gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Ad-hoc Analysis: Handle management requirements, business analysis and urgent data requests within timelines.

Team Management: Guide MIS executives, allocate work and ensure timely completion of assigned reports.
