Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations of the automobile store/warehouse.

* Maintain proper stock of automobile spare parts, accessories, lubricants, tools, and other materials.

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of required items.

* Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials from suppliers.

* Issue spare parts and materials to technicians and other departments as per requirements.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock checks.

* Prepare purchase requests, stock reports, and daily/weekly inventory reports.

* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of all automobile parts.

* Track damaged, defective, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

* Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock movements.

* Use inventory/store management software

* Ensure the store is clean, organized, and follows safety procedures.

* Coordinate with service, accounts, and workshop teams for smooth operations.

* Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and maintain proper records.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and accessories.

* Strong inventory and stock-management skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

* Handle multiple tasks.
