Job Title: Telecaller - Loan Collection Unit
Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to customers with overdue loan repayments and negotiate repayment plans
- Update account information and payment status in the system
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns regarding their loans
Requirements:
- Qualification 10th / 10+2th
- Minimum 6 months of experience in loan collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
