Job Description


Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Followup with potential and existing customers.

Maintain customer relationships and update sales records.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and persuasive personality.

Basic computer knowledge.

Prior experience in inside sales/telecalling will be an advantage.
