Job Description
Job Responsibilities – Steward / Waiter
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, following restaurant service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including table setup, cutlery, and service stations.
- Handle guest requests professionally, respond to complaints politely, and ensure customer satisfaction.
