LEGAL OFFICER
KRI of a Legal Officer:
- Timely visit to SRO for creation of Mortgages well before the disbursement planned date.
- Timely visit for discharge of mortgages for fore-closures and cancellation loans.
- Liaising with Seller and visiting SRO office for completing purchase transactions and collection of all the original property documents.
- Visiting the BT Banker / Financier to handover the cheque.
- Co-ordinating with BT Bank to get the original property documents.
- Assigning on day to day business as per requirement
