Automotive Service Advisor

Job Profile: The Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily workshop operations, ensuring quality vehicle servicing and repairs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate work to mechanics and technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing and repairs and on-time vehicle delivery.
• Inspect service quality and minimize repeat repairs.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, the Spare Parts Department, and other staff to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Maintain job cards and records of completed jobs, pending work, and customer complaints.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Hero MotoCorp service standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, proper equipment maintenance, and workplace safety.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly performance reports to the Service Manager.
• Take necessary steps to achieve service department targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager or management related to the smooth functioning of the service department.
